Return Policy

This Policy sets out the procedure for returning goods purchased from the online shop https://experiments.xiaomoxuan.ro/

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before and after receipt of the goods - within 14 days.

Return of goods of suitable quality

If the goods are returned in good quality within 14 days of receipt, the buyer will be fully refunded.

The product must be completely assembled, without signs of use and in the original packaging. The return of the goods is done at the expense of the buyer.

Returning goods of poor quality

If the product has been transferred to the buyer with quality problems (defects, damage, deterioration), the buyer has the right to ask for the replacement of these goods or a refund.

The period for returning or replacing goods of inadequate quality is 14 days from the date of purchase. Item is returned at seller's expense.

Procedure de returnare

After receiving the notification, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer the amount paid for the goods, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the goods.

Refunds are made within 10 days from the date the seller received the goods from the buyer.

Exceptions

Return Policy does not apply to products that have individually defined properties.
